Default Hero Weapon/Rune Suggestion

Alright, it might be too late to change this, and it might not be highly accepted, but I think I should bring this up.

For the average player (usually having 5-15k average), heros are extremely hard to equipt well. To lessen the strain of getting them cheap efficient weapons/runes, why not just give them generic skinned weapons with unlocked prefixes, suffixes, inscriptions, and unlocked runes for armor (Like a PvP character)? I don't know if anyone else wants this, but heros don't really affect the large scaling PvPers, and it would make it far easier to succeed in PvE. So, why not implement this (if i's not too far into Nightfall release)?

Well, I'm ready for the flamers, so go ahead and cast your fire spells (holds up shield with "sleep now with fire" inscription I found the other day )

It's an interesting idea, and one that I'm sure alot of people would love to see implemented. I'd use it myself if they added it.

If they did add it though, they would have to do it in such a way that any item created is precustomized, can not be dropped, can not be traded, can not be salvaged, and above all can not be equiped by the player making sure they are only useable on Heroes. There would probably be a few other things too.

If such a feature was to be implimented, it would be great to be able to use the Equipment Templates.

Personally, I don't see them adding this. Just because of the fact this is in PvE.
